Policy regarding your personal data

Aventure Parc collects personal data when you visit our website and order our products online. The data you provide when ordering our products and services online are used to process your request and execute your contract. They will be kept to process your subsequent orders.

The personal data we ask you marked with an * are required for the processing of your order. If you do not respond to these mandatory fields, we will not be able to process your request.

With your permission, your e-mail address will be used to inform you of new products and services and promotional offers, as well as those of our partners, always through us.

In accordance with the law, we do not communicate your GSM number to the partners who wish to send you SMSs, we would only do so with your explicitly given consent.

We do not process or store any financial data (credit card number and expiration date) concerning you. These data are directly recorded on the site of Ogone which applies its own policy of protection of the personal data.

Connection data (IP address, country, date, time and duration of the connection, pages visited …) are processed for statistics and improvement of the site and the service we offer.

2. Right of access and correction

By means of a dated and signed written request addressed to Aventure Parc (152 Rue Sainte Anne, B-1300 Wavre Belgium) or by sending an e-mail to: info@aventureparc.be, any person who proves their identity can obtain free written communication of the personal data concerning them as well as, where appropriate, the correction of those which would be inaccurate, incomplete or irrelevant.

Aventure Parc commits itself to make the best efforts to protect your personal data, in particular to prevent them from being distorted, damaged or communicated to unauthorized third parties.
